Needed warranty service on my EGO lawn mower. Unfortunately not many authorized repair shops nearby - Mackey's was the closest. But fortunately they provided great, friendly service. Service Requirements

  1. Complete Service Request Form (5 minutes) prior to drop-off.

  • TIP- If it looks like the form has disappeared after you hit the “Next” button, simply scroll up to the next section.

  1. Schedule drop-off time

  • Upon completion of the Service Request Form, you will receive an email to select your drop-off time.

  1. Expected service time

  • Repairs may require parts ordered from EGO. Our goal is to have your tool properly repaired and as efficiently as possible. Some parts may require longer lead times, up to a few weeks, based on availability.
